Please complete the form on the right for each softball player registering for the 2012 season.

After submitting the form, you will need to provide a copy of your child's birth certificate for age verification and sign a copy of the NCBS rules and regulations. The rules will be emailed to you at the email addres you provide.

This can be done four ways:

1. Mail a copy to NCBS, PO Box 1881, Vista, CA 92085

2. Fax a copy to 760-295-0355

3. Scan and email to admin@northcountybobbysox.org

4. Bring to the field during an in-person registration
